Synopsis: The play unfolds through a progressive presentation of five menopausal women’s stories. Beginning with a lone silhouette moving in near darkness, it expands into five interconnected symbolic portrayal featuring women from diverse backgrounds. Each story concludes with a choreographed sequence that grows increasingly vibrant and vocal as new women join. It mirrors the journey from isolation to community, from silence to expression, and from suffering to empowerment, reaching a celebration of wisdom and possibility where the women decide to be kind to themselves.
